Description
A truly unique and inspired blend of our famous Cranberry Apple wine infused
with four different spices. A limited release wine of 220 cases, Holiday
Spiced is usually sold out within 30 days of being released. Balancing the
tartness of cranberries with red delicious apples for sweetness and a hint of
mulling spices, Nashoba has perfected this blend and infusion of spices to an
art-form creating a wonderful dinner wine for the holiday season. For
many, Thanksgiving Dinner would not be a celebration without our Cranberry Apple
or Holiday Spiced Cranberry Apple Wine. Paired with turkey, ham or spicy
ethnic dishes, these wines turn a meal into a festive and enjoyable feast.

pilgrimage to the winery each and every November.

Seaonally produced Wine
Fruit
Whole Cape Cod cranberries and local Red Delicious apples are used.
Winemaking
Whole cranberries are added to fermenting Red Delicious cider. When the desired
color and flavor extraction are attained, the must is pressed and continues to
ferment and age in stainless steel tanks for 3-6 months. 11% ABV Residual Sugar
3%.
Aging
This wine is best consumed young but ages well for up to 2 years.

Festive with turkey, ham or spicy ethnic dishes. Serve chilled.
