(Brut) A very dry and full bodied sparkling wine done with care and precision in the traditional Methode Champenoise. Well balanced sparkler with persistent bubbles and lots of character.

We produce the cuvee in much the same way as our other apple wines with particular care to keeping sulfur dioxide levels low. The wine is sterile filtered prior to inoculation for the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
This wine is best consumed within 1-2 years from the time of disgorging.
Serve with desserts or as an aperitif.
