Description
Complex, rich and fruity with suggestions of peach, apricot, citrus and
pineapple. Well balanced with an off-dry, crisp, tart, smooth, long
finish.
Winemaking
The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with Lalvin 71B yeast. This
yeast strain metabolizes malic acid and produces fruity overtones. The wine is
aged in stainless steel, cold stabilized, then bottled with about 1.5% residual
reducing sugar.
Aging
This light, fruity wine is best when consumed young but will age 1-2 years.
