Description

Light red to rose, medium bodied wine with intense cherry aromas. Smooth and full on the palate. Lingering rich berry finish.

Fruit

Frozen New York state cherries are used.

Winemaking

Cherries are fermented whole, pits and all. Once the desired color and flavor are attained, the fruit is pressed and complete fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled with 1-2% residual reducing sugar.

Aging

This wine is ready to drink at bottling but ages well for 2-3 years.
