The Gravenstein apple is the earliest apple we grow that actually tastes like an apple; crisp, juicy and tart. Excellent in pies.
The apples are crushed and pressed, and the juice is left to settle overnight. We ferment and age the wine in stainless steel tanks and bottle it bone dry.
This wine is ready to drink immediately, but ages well for up to 3 years.
Excellent with mild cheeses and lighter fare. Serve chilled.
