Fruit
Whole Cape Cod cranberries and local Red Delicious apples are used.
Winemaking
Whole cranberries are added to fermenting Red Delicious cider. When the desired
color and flavor extraction are attained, the must is pressed and continues to
ferment and age in stainless steel tanks for 3-6 months. The wine is bottled
with 3-4% residual reducing sugar.
Aging
This wine is best consumed young but ages well for up to 2 years.

Festive with trukey, ham or spicy ethnic dishes. Serve chilled.
