J's Picnic Lunch Outing

for 10 to 30 people
 at Nashoba Valley Winery

From the first Wednesday in May to the last Friday in October we offer our Mini Picnic Lunch Outing for companies and families on a budget who want to enjoy our venue.  Available for 10 to 30 people every Wednesday, Thursday &  Friday lunch. (not available weekends)

Mini Picnic Lunch Outings are non-staffed events.  All items are available for pick up at the Wine Shoppe.  We will reserve an area for your outing under the trellis area next to the Wine Shoppe.  The area is shaded but not protected from rain.  Paper table covers will be provided on the tables that are reserved for your picnic lunch outing.  A cooler with ice and your soft drink order will be placed in your reserved area.    Picnic sandwiches will be kept refrigerated in the Wine Shoppe on the day of your outing until you are ready for us to bring them to the reserved area. All necessary utensils, including napkins, are provided with the picnic lunch.  Requests for any additional services, including tours of the winery, are available at an additional charge.

We host only one picnic lunch outing per day.  You may request to reserve a date and time for your outing by filling out and faxing the completed "Picnic Outing Form" below  authorizing us to charge the necessary non-refundable $50.00 provisioning fee.  Picnic Lunch Outings are NOT confirmed until the "Picnic Order Form" and credit card information is provided.  Upon receipt of the "Picnic Order Form" and credit card information you will receive either an email confirmation or notice if the date is not available within 48 hours of faxing your request.  Please fax your request to:  978-779-5523.

You may provide the sandwich and drink information that is requested on this form at a later date, however, please note that ALL information on the "Picnic Order Form", including your sandwich and drink requests, MUST be provided AT LEAST 7 days prior to your CONFIRMED outing. 

NOTE:  Please do not call the restaurant or wine shop to place Picnic Outing orders or request date availability.

Our picnic lunches are fresh and prepared daily by J’s, our award winning Zagat rated gourmet winery restaurant.

All Gourmet picnic lunches are $12.00 (plus tax) per person and also include:

·Tabbouleh Salad

·Mini Decadent Chocolate Brownie

·Utensils & Napkins

·Scenic Winery Location

AND one of the following sandwiches:

Grilled Asparagus Wrap with roasted tomatoes, lemon-garlic hummus and spinach. Whole wheat tortilla (vegan)

  Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Panini with blueberry wine vinaigrette (vegetarian)

    Apple Wood Smoked Roast Beef Sandwich with grilled red onions and horseradish sauce

 Natural Ham and Smith’s Smoked Havarti on a brioche with baby field greens and dijonaise

Salami & Pears Baguette with Champagne vinaigrette and pear chutney

Smoked Turkey Wrap with spinach and cucumber sauce

*NOTE:  The Cheese & Charcuterie is offered Thurs.and Friday ONLY for picnic lunch outings with 24 hour advance notice.  Includes Smith's Country Gouda, Crystal Brook Chevre, Country Pork Pate, Alps Sopressata, Crackers, Fresh Grapes, Cornichons and Whole Grain Dijon.
