To host your function with elegance and style it is necessary that we insure the quality of our presentation by imposing a minimum fee as follows

Buffet Option One - $17.50 per person plus tax and gratuity

Chef’s Seasonal Soup

Selection of traditional field green salad with blueberry wine-balsamic vinaigrette OR

Pasta salad with asparagus, cheddar and marinated tomatoes and red onion

Assortment of Charcuteries to include:

Peppered Roast Beef, Genoa Salami, Smoked Turkey and Parma ham

Chef’s selection of Imported and local farm Cheeses

Sliced Tomato and baby lettuces

Spinach and cheese tortellini with marinated artichokes and mushrooms

Salad of Mixed Greens, tomatoes and Horseradish Dressing

Crabmeat Salad on Buttery Croissants

Chicken Caesar Salad Roll-Ups

Pitas with Mascarpone cheese and Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables

  • While it will be your option to include or not to include beer and wine, we do not offer cash bar or separate billing service for your guests as all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, tax and service will be presented on one bill.

    Additional time may be available at $150 per hour. Accordingly, in certain instances, if you arrive early or leave later than your scheduled contract time you will automatically be charged an additional rental fee in one-half hour increments.

     

    Deposit Requirements – Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a non-refundable deposit is due which is equal to 50% of the guaranteed minimum fee and is applied to the final bill.

    Cancellation Policy – The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of event

     

    *All chargeable items, including facility fees, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service and 5% Sales Tax.  Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event. The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
