We offer three different packages in our Private Upstairs Suite
Private Upstairs Suite – Business or Social Lunch
Available only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday lunch during our regular lunch hours
Private Upstairs Suite – Sunday Brunch
Available only for Sunday brunch during our regular brunch hours
Private Upstairs Suite – Evening Function
Available only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday evenings for dinner during our regular evening hours
J’s Restaurant Private Upstairs Suite Functions – $50 per hour Private Suite Room Rate* plus food, beverage, tip and tax and surcharge fee if applicable. Hourly Suite Room Rate fees are applied to all packages.
To host your function with elegance and style it is necessary that we insure the quality of our presentation by imposing a minimum guarantee as follows:
Sunday Brunch $300.00
Wed., Thurs., Fri. or Sat. luncheon $300.00
Wed., Thurs., Friday or Saturday Dinner $750.00
Provided that your suite room rate fees, food and beverage final bill (all before adding tip and tax) equals or exceeds the minimum guarantee as stated above there will not be an additional surcharge added to your bill. However, in the event that the total cost of your function does not total the corresponding minimum amount, an additional surcharge will be added to your bill. This surcharge will be equal to the amount necessary to bring your bill up to the proper minimum guarantee as stated above. In addition, if your final bill does not meet the minimum fee; tax (6.25%) and gratuity (19%) will then be calculated based on the minimum guarantee.
*All chargeable items, including suite rental fees, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service and 5% Sales Tax. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event. The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
