Grand Reception functions can take place only in the evening between the hours
of 5:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

in the comfortable country setting that permeates Nashoba Valley Winery, is
J’s,
our rustic farmhouse restaurant. Offering a character all its own with graceful
and peaceful views of the orchard and countryside,
J’s
is an idyllic New England setting for any special occasion.
J’s
main dining room has a rustic elegance all its own with a sweeping staircase
in the foyer, period chandeliers, an inviting fieldstone fireplace complete with
a gorgeous mantelpiece, the farm house’s original wide hardwood floors, intimate
lighting, tables with cast iron bottoms, mahogany chairs, and warm painted walls
with leaves from the orchard hiding throughout the scenery. Your guests will
dine in the warm and inviting surroundings of
J’s
farmhouse restaurant, providing a refreshing alternative to banquet halls and
hotel function rooms.

Restaurant Grand Reception -
$500.00 facility fee* plus food, beverages, tip and tax and surcharge fee if
applicable.
To host your function
with elegance and style it is necessary that we insure the quality of our
presentation by imposing a minimum fee as follows:
Monday – Thursday Evening
$3,500.00
Friday Evening
$4,000.00
Saturday Evening
$5,000.00

$4,000.00
Deposit Requirements
– Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a
non-refundable deposit is due which is equal to 50% of the guaranteed minimum
fee and is applied to the final bill.
Cancellation
Policy
– The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of eventProvided that your facility fee, food and beverage bill
(all before adding tip and tax) equals or exceeds the minimum fee as stated
above there will not be a surcharge added to your bill. However, in the event
that the total cost does not total the corresponding minimum amount, an
additional charge will be added to your bill. This surcharge will be equal to
the amount necessary to bring your bill up to the proper minimum. In addition,
if your final bill does not meet the minimum fee, tax (5%) and gratuity (19%)
will be calculated based on the minimum fee.

Additional time may be available at $300 per hour. Accordingly, in certain instances, if you arrive
early or leave later than your scheduled contract time you will automatically be charged an additional rental fee in one-half hour increments.
*All chargeable items, including facility fees, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service and 5% Sales Tax.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service
represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to
other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event.
The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
