Grand Reception functions can take place only in the evening between the hours
of 5:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Nestled
in the comfortable country setting that permeates Nashoba Valley Winery, is
J’s,
our rustic farmhouse restaurant. Offering a character all its own with graceful
and peaceful views of the orchard and countryside,
J’s
is an idyllic New England setting for any special occasion.
J’s
main dining room has a rustic elegance all its own with a sweeping staircase
in the foyer, period chandeliers, an inviting fieldstone fireplace complete with
a gorgeous mantelpiece, the farm house’s original wide hardwood floors, intimate
lighting, tables with cast iron bottoms, mahogany chairs, and warm painted walls
with leaves from the orchard hiding throughout the scenery. Your guests will
dine in the warm and inviting surroundings of
J’s
farmhouse restaurant, providing a refreshing alternative to banquet halls and
hotel function rooms.

Event Fees
J’s
Restaurant Grand Reception -
$500.00 facility fee* plus food, beverages, tip and tax and surcharge fee if
applicable. A facility fee is applied to all packages.
To host your function
with elegance and style it is necessary that we insure the quality of our
presentation by imposing a minimum guarantee as follows:

Deposit Requirements
– Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a
non-refundable deposit is due which is equal to 50% of the guaranteed minimum
fee and is applied to the final bill.
Cancellation
Policy
– The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of event
Provided that your facility fee, food and beverage bill
(all before adding tip and tax) equals or exceeds the minimum guarantee as stated
above there will not be a surcharge added to your bill. However, in the event
that the total cost does not total the corresponding minimum amount, an
additional surcharge will be added to your bill. This surcharge will be equal to
the amount necessary to bring your bill up to the proper minimum. In addition,
if your final bill does not meet the minimum guarantee, tax (6.25%) and gratuity (19%)
will be calculated based on the minimum fee.

Our specialists will guide you through each step of the planning process
and assist you with designing innovative themes and creative menus. Please
note that our selections may change based on seasonal menus. The following packages are meant only to illustrate what we can
achieve for you.

Formal Dinner
at J's Restaurant
The menu for your evening will be created from our current
seasonal dinner offerings. J's prides iteself on culinary
creativity, and offers an extensive array of menus using the freshest local
ingredients possible. You may select any 2 appetizers, 3 entrees and 3
desserts from our current menus. our guests will be presented with your
selections on a personalized menu, without pricing. You may wish to add to
your menu by including a selection of stationary or passed hors d'oeuvres should
you desire to conduct a reception preceding your dinner. While it will be
your option to include or not to include beer and wine, we do not offer a cash
bar or separate billing service for your guests as all food, non-alcoholic and
alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge will be presented on one bill.
You will be charged for all food and beverages based on consumption.

Elegant and dry - to complement any meal, or sweet and fruity - for aperitif or
dessert, we invite you to discover the artistry of winemaking. We also
consistently produce our own line of handcrafted micro-brewed beers.
Offering only NVW award winning wines, spirits, and hand crafted beers.
Charges are based on consumption. Please ask for our current wine and beer
